We currently ship to:

If your location is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship to your region.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders.
There are no additional shipping charges applied at checkout.
3. Processing and Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time is up to 12 business days from the date your order is placed.
This total timeframe includes both order processing and shipping.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information, where available, so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.
5. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we may be unable to issue a refund or replacement.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit, or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us at movezzen@gmail.com.
We will review the situation and, where appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to determine the next steps. Resolutions, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Movezzen is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but later reported as lost or stolen.
8. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
At this time, we do not anticipate additional customs duties or import charges for the destinations we currently serve.
However, if any such charges are applied by local authorities or carriers, they remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
